Metheney Consulting is not actively seeing any full-time positions at this time. Part-time or freelance resumes will be accepted for:

• Social Media Specialist - No, spending three hours a night on Facebook, trading your kids photos with your old high school pals, does NOT qualify you to be a Social Media Specialist. You must be able to demonstrate your expertise in all the major S.M. venues, monetize the value of social media in a B2B or B2C environment, and you must have verifiable professional experience and employment.
  
  
• Search Engine Optimization Specialist - must have YEARS of experience in optimizing sites, understanding search engine algorithms, software tools, and show verifiable results and professional experience.
  
  
• Pay Per Click Advertising Consultant - ditto.

We will first try you out as a hourly freelance developer on a project or two and then evaluate the fit for the possibility of Part Time or Full time employment. At first, we will need you to work in our office, but depending on the fit and productivity, telecommuting is not out of the question. Please include a list of references of both employers and projects you have worked on and your capacity in those projects. Also include freelance hourly rates as well as full time & part time salary requirements.

Growth: Metheney Consulting, Inc. has been in business in one form or another since 1997. In 1999 - 2005 (recessionary - can you say "Internet Bubble Bursting?') years, we doubled our revenue every year compared to the year before. This revenue growth is attributed directly to keeping costs down and customers happy, therefore retaining them year after year. We are listed in the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the top 25 Web Design firms in the city for seven consecutive years. While the company intends to remain small and focused and on creating quality work vs. quantities of work, this does not mean that our enjoyment (and paychecks) cannot grow appropriately.

Customer Satisfaction: Whether it's a programming, sales, or a designer position, customer satisfaction (and exceeding expectations) are what we are all about. With nearly 100% client  satisfaction ratings, we are not willing to risk that reputation on slackers, people who are just putting in their hours, or anyone who does not take pride in their work. We only want people who can think on their own. Do you constantly think of new ways to bring more value to the client, make a project more exciting, or how it can be improved?
