Employment Opportunities
Make An Impact: Metheney Consulting is a small company. This enables team members to have a greater impact and say in their environment and their projects. By investing your experience with a smaller firm, it allows you to help shape its future with your vision as well as ours. There is less bureaucracy and more focus on the quality of work and customer service. Inherent in its size is the need for a faster pace and adaptability of the players. Everyone must wear a variety of hats. Ego gets left at the door and prima donnas need not apply. To learn more about how we approach every project, see Paul's Laws. (pdf) Growth: Metheney Consulting, Inc. has been in business in one form or another since 1997. 1999 - 2004 (recessionary) years, we doubled our revenue every year compared to the year before. This revenue growth is attributed directly to keeping costs down and customers happy, therefore retaining them year after year. We are listed in the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the top 25 Web Design firms in the city for five consecutive years moving up the list each year. While the company intends to remain small and focused and on creating quality work vs. quantities of work, this does not mean that our enjoyment (and paychecks) cannot grow appropriately. Customer Satisfaction: Whether it's a programming, sales, or a designer position, customer satisfaction (and exceeding expectations) are what we are all about. With nearly 100% client satisfaction ratings, we are not willing to risk that reputation on slackers, people who are just putting in their hours, or anyone who does not take pride in their work. We only want people who can think on their own. Do you constantly think of new ways to bring more value to the client, make a project more exciting, or how it can be improved? If all of the above sounds great to you, we are currently accepting resumes for the listed positions. While we may not be able to respond to every applicant, we will keep your resume on file. We prefer that you email your resume to careers@metheney.com in Microsoft Word format. Please do not mail or fax as we prefer to keep everything stored electronically.
